FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are there any hidden costs?
Our helpful staff will explain all you need to know when you move-in, however it is important to note that you will need:
•   One month deposit.
•   Your own padlock.

When do I Pay?

Your first payment is due on or before your move-in date. Thereafter rent is due on the first of every month, however we will place a debit order on your behalf to avoid the hassle of making your monthly payment.

What if  I need to move-in now?

No problem, our well trained staff will assist you with your move-in and you will have access to your storage space on the same day, just remember to bring along the following:

•   ID
•   Cancelled cheque or proof of bank details
•   Proof of address

What are the store hours?

You will have access to your unit 7 days a week from 06h00 till 19h00, any time if arranged with the office. The reception will be open from 08:00 – 16:30 Mondays till Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 on Fridays.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?
You will need to sign a lease before you have access to your storage unit. Please remember to give us one calendar month written notice of your intention to move-out.

I need transport can you help?

The office can be contact for details of companies details that can help with transport.

How high is it inside my storage unit?

Most of our units are three (3) meters high. Best practice is to check with our staff before you choose your unit.

Are my goods safe and secure?

We ensure there is a large range of security features at our stores, ranging from CCTV cameras to 24 hour security guards.

What notice do I have to give to move-out of my self storage unit?

Please remember to give us one calendar month written notice of your intention to move-out.

Can I store anything I want?
We would like you to store anything you need but there are some restrictions. Items which we have identified as hazardous and/or not suitable for self storage, and which we do not allow our customers to store in our secure storage facilities are:
•   Toxic, pollutants or contaminated goods
•   Firearms, munitions or explosives
•   Radioactive materials
•   Hazardous goods
•   Living plants or animals
•   Food or perishable goods
•   Cash and securities
•   Illegal goods
•   Waste
